How it all began...
"Huey & Louie"
Action Print was founded in 1982 by Jim Houston and Lewis Morrison, better known to many as “Huey & Louie.” After a successful 40-year career in farming, Lewis retired from farming and, along with his good friend Jim, began a new adventure in the printing business.
Together, Jim and Lewis built Action Print into a locally owned business that has proudly served the Amarillo community for more than four decades. Through hard work, friendship, and a commitment to their customers, they created a business and a legacy that continues today.
Sadly, both Jim and Lewis have since passed away, but the business they built lives on. In 2024, Andrea Norman, Lewis Morrison's daughter-in-law, stepped in to run Action Print and carry on the business. In May 2025, Andrea officially purchased Action Print, beginning a new chapter for the company while continuing the family connection. Today, Action Print proudly carries on what Jim and Lewis started more than 40 years ago, serving the community with the same commitment to quality and personal service.
Today, Action Print is proud to carry on the legacy of Huey & Louie while looking toward the future—and we are grateful to all of the customers, friends, and local businesses who have supported us along the way.

Since becoming the owner of Action Print in May 2025, Andrea has been dedicated to growing the business while creating a welcoming and creative experience for our customers. She especially enjoys the friendships and connections she has built with customers and the creativity that comes with being part of the printing industry.

Outside of Action Print, Andrea enjoys spending time with friends and family. In her free time, she can often be found gardening, sewing, and enjoying the simple things that make life special.

For over 15 years, Karen has been a familiar face at Action Print. As our graphic designer, she enjoys helping customers bring their ideas to life.
Karen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from West Texas A&M University, graduating in 2006.

Outside of Action Print, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and working on his cars. On the weekends, you can usually find him in the garage, working on his cars, playing bass guitar, or enjoying time with family and friends.
