How it all began...
"Huey & Louie"
Action Print was founded in 1982 by Jim Houston and Lewis Morrison, better known to many as “Huey & Louie.” After a successful 40-year career in farming, Lewis retired from farming and, along with his good friend Jim, began a new adventure in the printing business.
Together, Jim and Lewis built Action Print into a locally owned business that has proudly served the Amarillo community for more than four decades. Through hard work, friendship, and a commitment to their customers, they created a business and a legacy that continues today.
Sadly, both Jim and Lewis have since passed away, but the business they built lives on. In 2024, Andrea Norman, Lewis’s daughter-in-law, took over Action Print, continuing the family connection and helping ensure that the business Jim and Lewis started more than 40 years ago would continue serving the community.
Today, Action Print is proud to carry on the legacy of Huey & Louie while looking toward the future—and we are grateful to all of the customers, friends, and local businesses who have supported us along the way.

For over 15 years, Karen has been a familiar face at Action Print. As our graphic designer, she enjoys helping customers bring their ideas to life.
Karen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from West Texas A&M University, graduating in 2006.
